At Legend Homes, we believe the key to success is assigning a first-class team of professionals to focus on all the details of building your home.  By having more than one specialist involved in your project, we ensure that the right person is always available to add expertise and guarantee quality.  We believe our teamwork approach to building homes makes us uniquely capable of creating exceptional homes each and every year.  As you’ll see the Legend Team has quality members – all with the same goal:  complete customer satisfaction.

Shane Drawe – Owner/President

Shane Drawe started Legend Homes in 1998.  His current responsibilities with Legend Homes encompass facilitating the design process with clients, architects and interior designers, overseeing all construction services and business developments.  Shane resides in Metamora with his wife Stephanie and their daughters Macey and Presley.  Shane enjoys hunting, fishing, golf, and attending UT football games!

Stephanie Drawe – Sales/Design

Stephanie Drawe is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Illinois.  She helps to facilitate real estate transactions for our clients.  Stephanie will consider our client’s real estate portfolios and is able to market and sell your current home during the construction of your new home.  She also specializes in the design process and will keep you completely informed during your project.  Stephanie will look at different floor plans, unique architectural treatments, and innovative ways to add special features to customize your new home.  She will make sure you get the most value for your home that will best match your lifestyle and needs!! 

Harold Drawe – Vice President of Operations

Harold Drawe and his team are responsible for reviewing each home under construction on a regular basis and ensuring the quality of every home built.  Harold is also responsible for the various financial aspects of Legend Homes, such as payment of vendors/subcontractors, review of actual construction costs, and coordination of contract closings.  After completion of your new home, we realize that items may need adjustment or touchup – Harold works with you to itemize, schedule, coordinate and supervise these necessary adjustments.
