Shane Drawe – Owner/President
Shane Drawe started Legend Homes in 2003. His current responsibilities with Legend Homes encompass
facilitating the design process with clients, architects and interior designers, overseeing all
construction services and business developments. Shane resides in Metamora with his wife Kristi and
their children Macey, Presley, Davis and Ainsley. Shane enjoys hunting, fishing, golf, and attending UT football games!
Harold Drawe – Vice President of Operations
Harold Drawe and his team are responsible for reviewing each home under construction on a regular basis and ensuring the quality of every home built. Harold is also responsible for the various financial aspects of Legend Homes, such as payment of vendors/subcontractors, review of actual construction costs, and coordination of contract closings. After completion of your new home, we realize that items may need adjustment or touchup – Harold works with you to itemize, schedule, coordinate and supervise these necessary adjustments.
All Legend Homes team members will be one of your main contacts throughout the entire home building
process. They are available to assist you with a comprehensive review of your plan and discuss what’s
involved in each step of the process. They will also help coordinate all selections, assist with
pricing questions on custom changes during the course of your project and help coordinate the closing
activities and orientation of your new home!!
