We will customize our contract arrangement to meet your specific needs: fixed price, cost plus or cost plus a fixed fee. Plans can be yours or ours. When things change during planning or construction, as they always do, we can research, respond and execute on a moments notice.
Taking Care of Your Money
Before you invest one dollar with us, we will provide you an estimated project cost to assure feasibility. Prior to initiating construction, you will also receive a detailed budget, contract and specifications. These documents state precisely what you are going to receive for your money.
